Pushkar is unique as very few temples of Lord Brahma exist in the world and Pushkar is one of those places. The oldest temple of Lord Brahma is situated in here along with many other famous temples which include Sri Sawai Bhoj Temple, Maharshi Gautama Temple, Gayatri Temple, Varah Temple an many more.

Another reason for which Pushkar is very famous is the Pushkar festival. Pushkar festival  or  known by it’s more popular name  Pushkar Mela is one of the biggest fairs in India. Pushkar festival is celebrated in the Hindu month of Kartika  which falls during November month of the English calendar. This festival is unique as it is also the largest livestock and camel fair in the world.
