Set in the Kashmir of the 1980s, where Peer Ghani lives with his mother Asse, this is the story of the proverbial anti-hero. It takes us through three stages of his life - the effervescent youth, a successful middle-aged trader and in the end a broken old man. It is the story of a man who roams the world to establish his identity, to discover his self. With beautiful sets, soul-stirring music and an excellent ensemble cast, 'Peer Ghani' is a truly memorable theater experience.
