Description
A rumour spreads that there will be a high level inspection in a town. The high dignitaries, who are corrupt, get scared of it. What tactics they use and how they eventually get caught is all this play is about.
It is comedy play where few blind men get together to form an entertainment club. The entertainment done here is Tax Free and thus the title is derived. It is a Marathi play written by Chandrashekhar Phansalkar and Translated into hindi by Vidula Gorey.
