It's a story about two men who come from a village to explore the colourful life of a city. The glamour of the city doesn't let them go back. Now the problem that they face is how to source their dinner in this expensive city. After contemplating on number of options, they aren't able to come to a conclusion. One day they come across a baba (sadhu), which is the turning point in their lives. They take up the profession and one becomes the baba and the other his chela. They gather a loyal following, making Chamatkari Baba famous in the entire city. This attracts the eyes of the police, who decide to investigate the doings of the Baba & Chela, and assign the job to a beautiful female police officer.
