The Booming Service Sector: From Achievements to Growth Prospects, hosted by the Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce will start from 4th February to the 5th February 2016 at the Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce in New Delhi, India. The service sector is an essential element of the Indian economy accounting for about 55 per cent of India’s gross domestic product (GDP). It has appeared as the biggest and the fastest-growing sector in our country in terms of its involvement to national earnings, employment, business flows and foreign direct investment (FDI) flows.
Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce (SGGSCC), started in the year 1984, is the best college of the University of Delhi. Over the past few years, the college has endeavored to attain the optimize standards of academic excellence.
In the year 2015, the college had successfully hosted its 2nd global conference on ‘Booming Service Sector: The Next Wave’ at Hotel Hyatt Regency, New Delhi. The event achieved great success and the upcoming conference is expecting even more success.
