Vehicle manufacturers throughout India will once again be able to see the very latest component and complete vehicle test and development technologies and services at what is set to be the biggest and best Automotive Testing Expo India yet! The international show offers exhibitors and visitors an unrivalled opportunity to network with likeminded engineers and R&D chiefs, with close to 120 exhibitors from over 13 countries.
Commenting on the show, Davide Tessore, development manager, Powertrain Test Systems at exhibitor AVL India, says, “India is a growing market and an ideal place to have a show like this.”
Haldenwang-based MAHA-AIP has been exhibiting at the Indian show since 2010. It too emphasises the event’s importance: “The show helps us keep up with the trends in the Indian market. We think it is very important to be present here,” said the company’s Michael Eberle.
Meanwhile S Ramanathan, managing director at Automotive Test Systems (ATS), has praise for the organisers for the “professionally managed” show: “All the leading test equipment makers are present here. We are meeting real customers and we are doing real business.”
The range of automotive testing equipment showcased at the show attracts not only vehicle and component engineers from the South Indian auto hub mostly concentrated around Chennai, but also visitors from the whole of India.
Frequent visitor Durairaj Selakkaren, assistant manager, Automotive Sector Benchmarking at Mahindra & Mahindra Research Valley, sums up why he always attends the global event: “We are regular visitors to this show and each time we have ordered equipment. We hope to order this time as well.'
